    Domestic Shipping:

    Domestic packages within India are delivered within 2-4 business days depending upon the geographical location. Please note that it might take extra time for remote cites or villages within India.


    International shipping:

    We accept and ship orders all over the world but there are few titles which can only be sold and shipped to SAARC countries i.e. India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Bhutan, Bangladesh, Maldives and Afganistan.
    You can have orders delivered around the world. There are two modes of shipping international shipments mentioned below you need to specify shipping method while placing the order. For the convenience of our customers we have divided the globe into six zones.     Expedited Shipping: We offer 5-7 business days shipping for most items. Expedited shipping is not available for items being shipped to PO Boxes or APO/FPO destinations. For more information on this please view our Expedited Shipping rates..
    Standard Shipping: Our standard shipping method is ground/USPS shipping. You should receive your products within 7-12 business days from the day you order them.     PO Box Shipping: We can ship most items to a PO Box. If we determine that an item cannot be shipped to a PO Box, we will ask you to provide a physical shipping address.
    APO/FPO Shipping: We can ship most items to APO/FPO destinations. We usually deliver such items to the US military post office within 7-12 business days of the day you order.

    Case order never received
    We apologize if your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery time frame. Most orders contain tracking information to confirm delivery status. If information is available for your package, please track your order using the information provided in your shipping confirmation email or by logging into My Account and selecting Order Status.
    Occasionally, packages may become lost in transit, delivered to an incorrect address, or left with someone who has accepted the package on your behalf such as a family member, neighbor, co-worker, or building manager. Packages may also be left at your front door, garage, or tucked behind bushes out of plain view.
    Please note: Media items may take 15 business days to arrive and tracking information may be available for delivery confirmation only. Items shipped to Alaska and Hawaii cannot be tracked and may take up to 20 business days to arrive

    USPS Delivery Information
    USPS shipped items show a Delivery Confirmation number only. USPS Delivery Confirmation number does not provide tracking or tracing of mail items, it provides you with a confirmation of the delivery date and time. It may also include other delivery status (e.g., attempted, forwarded or returned to sender).
    Delivery Confirmation does provide acceptance scans when we hand the item to the Post Office. If an acceptance scan appears for several days it simply means the item is enroute and a delivery attempt has not yet been made. Delivery Confirmation does not include tracking of the package enroute.
    What can I do if my USPS shipped item hasn't been delivered?
    Since delivery confirmation does not include tracking we are not able to tell you where the item is or when it will be delivered. If you have been waiting over fifteen business days (three weeks) for your order, and have still not received it, please Contact Customer Care

    The evening of the date of delivery or attempted delivery.

    What is your return policy?

    All returns are at customer's expense, except when merchandise is sent in our error or is damaged. Refunds will not be processed until textbook(s) has been received at our facility

    Will my refund include shipping charges?

    Depends, if the reason for the return or cancellation is our error (shipped wrong book; book not in satisfactory condition; etc.

    How do I cancel my order?

    Once you submit your order, it cannot be cancelled. You will need to go through the regular return process. Please contact us to notify us of the return.
