How do I find my book?
You can search for your book by title, author, keyword, or ISBN. ISBN search is most optimal. Put in the exact 10
or 13 character ISBN into the search box. NO DASHES. . For instance, the
ISBN "0-41-208551-8" should be entered as "0412085518." The ISBN is typically located
on the back cover of the textbook
What's an ISBN?
An ISBN (International
Standard Book Number) is the 10 or 13-character number on the back cover of your
textbook.
How do I place
an order?
Simply
search for the textbook with the ISBN ( Preferred
Choice), the book name, or even the author; if we have it, put it into your
shopping cart and check out through our secure processing system!
In the case when we
do not have that title on the website, you can
contact
us so we
can source it for you.
What is the minimum order quantity?
There is no minimum order quantity at WholesaleCollegeTextbooks.com! However,
if you order in bulk, there will be a volume discount applied to your order!
What is international edition textbook?
International edition are textbook printed outside US. They will contain the same
content, CD and even pass code if there is any. Normally the books will be printed
in black/white or color depending on the US edition. In another word, the books
are exactly the same as the US edition but most of them are soft cover and the ISBN
is different.
What
are my shipping options and rates?
How
do I track my package?
We will supply
you a tracking number for your item(s) (or order) as soon as it becomes shipped
from our warehouse via a confirmation email. Once you receive that tracking number,
logon to the appropriate carrier website and enter the tracking number we provided
you.

What is your return policy?
All returns are at customer's expense, except when merchandise is sent in our error or is damaged. Refunds will not be processed until textbook(s) has been received at our facility
Please print the return packing slip included with your items for return instructions and addresses.
Will my refund include shipping charges?
Depends, if the reason for the return or cancellation is our error (shipped wrong book; book not in satisfactory condition; etc.), we will pick up the shipping cost.
If the reason for the return is initiated by the customer, (ordered wrong book; dropped class; etc.) then customer will be responsible for the shipping charges back to our facility
I received the wrong book! What do I do?

How do I cancel my order?
Once you submit your order, it cannot be cancelled. You will need to go through the regular return process. Please contact us to notify us of the return.
Do you accept checks or money orders?
Sorry. Currently the only form of payment we will accept is by major credit card only.
